I made some delicious beef tacos on corn tortillas earlier with chopped onion, cilantro, lime, and hot sauce.

Oh nice. What’s your preferred hot sauce? I used pickled Jalapenos tonight, but my go to sauce is sriracha, closely followed by El Yucateco habanero.

I was introduced to Crystal a few years ago and love it. I don’t really like Sriracha if I’m honest.
I wish I had pickled jalapeños at hand. I might get some at Publix this week.

It’s the closest I can get to Colombian hot sauce. It’s pretty good.

Most of the LA-style ones are too vinegar-y. I like the flavor of the chile to come out. But I’m open to trying things.

We have a place right nearby that’s good, so we’re lucky. It was yummy.
